Global Title Translation (GTT) application for SIGTRAN routing on MTP3 and SCCP addresses.

The gtt application implements an SCCP stack as an M3UA-User, performing SCCP Management procedures and transfer of SCCP PDUs using the m3ua application.

M3UA Application Server (AS) state handling is provided with endpoints both local and distributed. PDUs may be transferred to SCCP-User processes (i.e. TCAP) or other M3UA endpoints.
